Purchases and Return Policy

When purchasing an item via our e-commerce platform you agree that:

You have read and understood the full item listing/description before you make the commitment to purchase;
You enter into a legally binding contract when purchasing an item and completing the checkout process offered by us;
You understand that items will be delivered via drop-shipment fulfilled by third-party warehouses;
You understand that these third-party fulfillment companies may take 3-7 business days to process your order and ship it to your location;
You understand that the prices are explicitly listed on our website and you are responsible for checking the price before finishing the purchase process.

We reserve the right to change our prices for displayed products at any time and to correct pricing errors that may have occurred inadvertently. To return a product simply email us at tylerdubuque@nwridgeline.com or call us at (360)708-4499. We accept returns for up to 14-days following the receipt of your merchandise. We will exchange the merchandise or issue a refund via the original method of payment.
